Membership Dues

ISPA membership dues are not refundable or transferable.

Event Registration Refunds

Refund requests are accepted through two weeks before the event begins. NO refund requests will be accepted after this date. Refunds will be issued 3 weeks following the close of the event in the form of original payment.

All cancellations and changes must be made in writing. No cancellations will be accepted by phone. Substitutions are acceptable with prior notification to the Illinois School Psychologists Association (ISPA).
