Goal of the Mentorship Program:
Provide school psychologists with guidance and support to navigate their career path successfully. If you are interested in being a mentor or if you would like a mentor, please complete the appropriate matching form:

Reality: The Challenges We Face -There is an increasing demand for School Psychologists, but limited guidance on career
navigation. -Balancing work/study, adapting to real-word practices, and navigating common
challenges such as imposter syndrome. -Identifying areas where professional development is needed based on career setting and
goals. The skill-set needed is determined by work environment and professional
interests. Receive Certified Professional Development (CPD) In order to receive CPD credit for participation in the program, the mentor and
-Participants can earn: -10 hours per academic year -20 hours per NCSP renewal cycle (every 3 years) -Participants are responsible for keeping track of their hours.
-Minimum of 5 hours must be completed for an Evidence of Completion (EOC) form to be -5 hour and 10 hour EOC forms will be available. -Submission Deadlines: -Fall: December 1st- EOC processed by December 30th. -Spring- June 1st- EOC processed by June 30th.
